Returns & Exchanges

At Kitten Heels, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the protective sole film intact and packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Heels

  Place the shoes back in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring they are securely packed inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
